Apartment hunting with a budget of $4,300 a month doesn’t have to be daunting. We’ve rounded up a list of apartments that are up for rent across Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. If you're interested in the Bronx, you'll have to stretch your budget a bit, but will get a four-bedroom furnished house in return.
If you’re lucky enough to have an apartment budget of about $6,500/month, you’ll find lots of two- and three-bedrooms in Manhattan and Brooklyn and some three-bedrooms in Queens. A search through StreetEasy and Naked Apartments for the Bronx and Staten Island in that price range came up empty, so we'll focus on Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens this week.
While a budget around $400,000 isn't exactly generous by NYC standards, that doesn't mean you can't find anything. To get you started, we’ve done the legwork and found what’s available throughout the city, from one- to two-bedrooms in Manhattan to Queens 3-bedrooms, plus a Staten Island house.
