As we recently discovered (thanks, first-quarter market reports!), the median price in Queens rose 21.3 percent to $485,000 in the first three months of this year, thanks in part to outpriced Brooklyn buyers who've decamped to the borough for its more manageable prices. This weekend, we bring you a sampling of Queens apartments with prices at, or near, the median:
